Off Grid Paradise

A fully Off Grid Paradise at Cromer in the Adelaide Hills. This house was designed by Designing Places in Lobethal, who worked closely with our clients, Dan and Christine, as well as our building team.

A lot of effort went into the site positioning and orientation of this amazing home to maximise its thermal qualities.

Positioned on a small acreage, this home provides self-sufficient living without sacrificing comfort. Some of the materials were sourced off the property or nearby, like the stone for the feature chimney and old recycled timbers.

This house is a real entertainer, with its alfresco area and outdoor kitchen, large open plan living area with plenty of views and some beautifully landscaped garden areas.
